  • Served as Creative Director and Process Director on a stretch opportunity for a year and a half on ahigh-profile project designing a new mobile application and salesforce backend solution called Saleshub+ for our Frito-Lay frontline employees.

  • Managed the usability testing account with usertesting.com. This was a 250k investment with up to 20creator seats that was utilized by my team and many other UX teams at PepsiCo.

  • Managed a UX team of up to 10 employees and contractors, delegating work, reviewing deliverables, and general consulting on active projects.

  • Other responsibilities included advocating for UX across the company, marketing our Web Solution team services, establishing UX standards and processes, and setting UX team KPIs and OKRs.

  • Projects: frontline native app (Saleshub+), Networking PWA, employee intranet (MyPepsiCo), e-commerce websites (e.g. snacks.com), our B2B solution, and other various web applications and sites
